Multisource composite
for this assignment, i choose to use one of the picture that i took in San Diego, of my friend framing birds that were flying by with her hands. I thought it would be cool if I created a scenery in the water for her to be looking at instead. I scanned the tree from a photo i took previously, then copied it various times.

Quality of Light
Originally i was planning on shooting all my pictures around the bay area, but then my friend decided to go to San Diego, and disneyland to visit her boyfriend. I figured that would be a good place to shoot these rolls of film, so I asked if I could tag along. I absolutly loved this assignment, because it was very expressive for me, and I got to shoot things I enjoyed.

Lipkin Roll
When shooting the lipkin roll i ended up having much more photos than i expected. It helped me to realize that when looking at the photograph on the screen of my camera you can't possibly tell if it is a good picture or not because you can't see all the detail as you would on a computer screen. It also gave me more options when choosing my best photos. I enjoyed shooting the lipkin roll!!!

Self Portrait
For the self portrait project i choose to capture objects or people that represent me or influence me. I took many pictures of important people in my life and objects around my house (mostly in my room). The I choose two pictures to submit for this project.
My first picture is of an open door to my room. I feel this represnts me because my room is where I spend most of my time, and I have many valuble objects in there. I choose to leave the door open when taking the picture so it was as if I'm letting you see into my life.

The second picture I chose was a hand holding make-up brushes. I feel this represents my personality because it shows that I'm hands on, and I love make-up and art.
